NDAA Compliance

The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) of 2019 is a United States federal law which specifies the budget, expenditures and policies of the U.S. Department of Defense. Section 889 of the NDAA prohibits the U.S. government from procuring video and telecommunication equipment from certain Chinese companies and their subsidiaries.

Furthermore, it does not use covered telecommunications equipment or services, or use any equipment, system, or service that uses covered telecommunications equipment or services as a substantial or essential component of any system, or as critical technology as part of any system.
